Question: How do the Licensed Evaluators Get Paid?

Answer:
Licensed Evalautors Get Paid PER CONTRACT / EVENT / CAMP / CLINIC

PARENTS AND ATHLETES PAY ONLY $197 / $30 Month, and as low as $97 / $10 Month

Amount: 100% of all of the Event / Evaluation costs go to the Licensed Evaluator (Certified) *Minus Any Payment Processing Fees.

Event / Evaluation Fees are collected on the Area Scouts Platform through an Event link that is created by the Licensed Evaluator and the Marketing Team when the Event, Camp, Clinic, or Session is created / marketed. *This is all included in the Area Scouts Training

All payment processing is done through the Area Scouts Platform in order to assure Liability Insurance Coverage for the best interest of everyone assocaited with Area Scouts and the Event. *This is Area Scouts Standard Terms and Conditions.

All Income collected through our Calender / Event / Session processing is paid out on the 15th of every month, for the previous month ending.

EXAMPLE OF A TYPICAL LICENSED EVALUATOR PAYOUT:

August 14th, 2022 - 4 HOUR CAMP (1PM-4PM)

EVENT: B.A.S.E. / Softball / Correctives

Licensed Evaluator: Jeff Wilkerson

Location: Simonds Field, Burlington Massachusetts

Camp Total: 25 Athletes

Camp Income To Licensed Evaluator = $4,925.00

Athlete Development Income (ADI) Paid To Licensed Evaluator by AREA SCOUTS™ = $3,000.00 *12 Months

TOTAL INCOME TO LICENSED EVALAUTOR FOR 4 HOUR CAMP = $7,925.00
