Question: For a kid that paid for BASE plus performance, had their evaluation and performance session but would like additional coaching how is that handled payment wise or are all follow up sessions included in the initial payment and monthly commitment?
A Licensed Evaluator runs an open camp 1x per month, and then a closed "Corrective Measure Camp" 1x per month, based on when your availablity is there. This way all of your regular athletes can stay in a routine of meeting you 1x per month in the camp settings. Having the open camp running new evaluations, and working on correctives as well. Then, usining the private "Corrective Measure Camp"s to provide additional instruction to the athletes who need more one-on-one.
The commitment to the Parent/Athlete with the $197 / $30 Month / is that their athlete is receiving 4-5 hours of Evaluation Time - 4x Per Year (1 Evaluation every 3 months is the current average). The Athlete would then receive invites to each of the 4-5 hours of Corrective Measure Camps that are run at a minimum of up to 4X -12X per year (Depending on # of Athletes in that ebteok, as a followup to each Evaluation. As the Licensed Evaluator continues to grow their Athlete base in that area, they need to add additional Corrective Measure Camps, so that they are receiving that continued instruction.
This averages out to the Parent / Athlete spending 16-20 Hours/Yr (Evaluation/Correctives Time) / 16-20 Hours/Yr (Correctives Time). This Scenario costs them less than $30/Hr for their kids to have the opportunity to traing with you / Area Scouts.
Additionally, we have countless Licensed Evaluators that do individualized training in their sports as well, and add that to what they do with Area Scouts. Parents often ask for additional coaching / training from our Evaluators, which would be what you normally charge for those services.
