FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Question: As a licensed evaluator do you see the athletes every week as individuals and you set up the camps separately or do licensed evaluators only set up camps and that's the only time they see the athletes?

Answer:
Every Licensed Evaluator has their own way of running their business in their licensed area.

It depends on how active a Licensed Evaluator is. It also depends on the individual skillsets of the Licensed Evaluators. We have countless Licensed Evaluators that do individualized training in their sports as well, and add that to what they do with Area Scouts.

A typical situation would be to run an open camp 1x per month, and then a closed "Corrective Measure Camp" 1x per month, based on when your availablity is there. This way all of your regular athletes can stay in a routine of meeting you 1x per month in the camp settings. Having the open camp running new evaluations, and working on correctives as well. Then, usining the private "Corrective Measure Camp"s to provide additional instruction to the athletes who need more one-on-one.
