FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Question: Do Evaluators physically meet and guide customers/clients through the platform's recommended individual training program? Or do they mainly perform B.A.S.E assessments, encourage clients/customers to purchase subscription to the platform, expect the client/customer to execute platform's recommended training themselves on their own, and then schedule a re-assessment to track tangible growth/progress?

Answer:
Do Evaluators physically meet and guide customers/clients through the platform's recommended individual training program?

YES, these are the "Corrective Measures / Training Videos" that are created by the Directors of each Sport / Position / Skillset that the Athlete needs to improve on. Each athlete will be assigned based on their indivdual needs.

Parents / Athletes will sign up for their initial Evaluation through the platform. They do this through Events that Area Scouts sets up, or the individual Evalautor sets up. *This depends on if the athletes come in through a marketing campaign, or if the Evaluator is already working with athletes and is ready to do a 2nd,3rd,4th Evaluation. Either way the parents sign up for a monthly $10 or $20 subscription to continue in the program. We do encourage our current Evalautors to continute to coach / instruct their kids with their own Development as well. (Example: A pitching instructor will use this platform as an additional tool to have their clients run through our Health Initiave as well as still being part of that coaches programs.) So, YES, we have coaches and instructors that use our platform to encourage their athletes to use our programs, and their own programs together.

The goal here is to have us all working together as a team, to deliver an alternative to what the current options are for parents right now. Although there are some great programs out there, there are still a vast amount of programs, that are not delivering a quality product, and that are pricing themselves out of reach to the average household income. We want to see every athlete have the access to professional development, without the financial burden that it is putting on a majority of families today.
