A.P.E.X.™ (Athlete Performance Evaluation Index) — Pricing & Program Details

Pricing Structure

One-Time Setup Fee: $79

This is a one-time fee that covers your application, background check, and official assignment to a specific sport and postal code.

Monthly Operation Fee: Starting under $10 (Minimum Operational Fee = $9)

This recurring fee covers training costs, operational costs, athlete assignment costs, and maintains a full-time support staff for you and your athlete clients. It is billed per sport, per postal code, each month. Please Note: The monthly fee is variable and is calculated based on the student-athlete population (ages 13+) of the high school(s) in your selected area. Postal codes with a higher-than-average student population will have a higher monthly fee.

Key Requirement for Assignment

When selecting your Target Athlete Population, you must ensure that your desired high school is located within the postal code you register for.

Please be aware that the A.P.E.X.™ Assessment is a program developed and owned by a third-party organization. Area Scouts serves as an authorized contractor to conduct these evaluations on their behalf.

This program is entirely separate and distinct from our own proprietary assessments, such as B.A.S.E.™. Area Scouts will continue to offer our full suite of professional evaluations alongside our work with trusted partners.
